10-month research project exploring urban biodiversity — smart planters with cameras and Raspberry Pi, ML dataset labelling, gamified cycling route, QR-code educational installations. Tested in Poznań and Buffalo, NY in collaboration with Allegro.

Farm-to-table marketplace validated without writing a single line of code first — WhatsApp groups, manual logistics, pick-up points. Featured in Poznań press and radio. 150+ community members, 10+ local producers.
