Wrobocon 2025 is the fourth edition of the online conference focused on Robot Framework. This years' edition called for a stylistic refresh and a new visual identity. It is a part of Wrobocon's tradition to distinguish each edition through updated colors and components.

Problem

Business Challenge

Wrobocon needed to maintain brand recognition while refreshing their visual identity for the 2025 edition. The conference was growing but lacked a scalable design system that could evolve year-over-year while maintaining consistency.

User Need

Conference attendees and speakers needed a clearer, more engaging experience that reflected the event's growth and sophistication, while organizers needed a more efficient system for content management and brand application.

Key Learnings

  • Design systems are crucial for recurring events
  • Visual consistency is key to brand recognition but also engagement of the audience. Users open our social media content more often since we unified the visual language.
